ChochosPatagonia is the place to visit if you want to enjoy the outdoors.

It is not a place where those who want all the comforts and the noise of a big city since there are no big cities in the region. However, there are big ski resorts including the posh Bariloche located in the Argentinian Andes where you can find everything a first-class tourist resort has to offer. The main attractions of the Patagonia region are, as mentioned before, related to more outdoorsy activities.

  • Tierra del Fuego – Tierra del Fuego boasts the southernmost city in the world – Ushuaia.
  • Los Glaciares National Park – A world heritage site, the glacier Perito Moreno is 200 feet high, 3 miles wide, and 22 miles long.
  • Valdes Peninsula – The peninsula boasts of wonderful unspoilt beaches where you can spot exotic animals such as whales, elephant seals, and sea lions.
  • Torres del Paine National Park – Considered to be the most stunning of all the national parks located in the Patagonia region it is a must in anyone’s itinerary. It boasts of a dizzyingly diverse wildlife and flora and fauna.
